Been back to docs and it's bad news. Well, for you guys anyway! I definitely have exercise induced asthma and he's keeping me on the TUE drugs. Trying some tabs now to be taken 2 hours prior to exercise which he hopes will help better than the ventalin.

So relieved to finally understand why my breathing is always so painful. Maybe this will help me push on now and get fitter :wahhey:
 Now I've no chance of catching you up :okay:

All the best in you future endeavours on the tours:whistle:

I've slowed my starts down cos I couldn't recover quickly just cant seam to hold my speed or watts
cheers for the email as they say it good to keep in touch a lot of the the guys on here r friendly they always send me emails sorry if I don't reply
Your starts are still blisteringly fast - on the ride that I beat you by 4 minutes, it took me until 1.6km in before I even saw your ghost. You fly off the line faster than any other rider - I've tried to keep up with you and I get wiped out and just can't finish the rides.

Hmm... Another buggy BKOOL race.... 14 riders on my screen, only 11 on their livestream. The stage winner was missing and yours truly as well... Oh well, I managed to do it in 29:38 at 335w, meaning I'm now only 22 seconds and 4 watts from Active 9. :-) You can find the "real" race in Full HD on my Youtube channel, when it has finished uploading/processing, or watch the cr*p quality one (with missing riders) on the BKOOL Espanol facebook page...

EDIT: Hmm, something fishy about the guy winning at lower speed than no. 2-6: http://www.bkool.com/bkoolSessionHi...eat=1&sessionIds=9030490;9030491&category=all

Had a similar experience in the later race.
A lot of late joiners and early leavers and every time someone left or joined my Avatar would stop for a nano second and you'd be a few meters down on someonee you were leading, most annoying.
I rode the whole session with 2 others and they both jumped me at the end. I had a feeling they would both be stronger than me in the sprint as I'm not a strong sprinter so I made several efforts to power them off of my wheel but failed and came 3rd:

Yes, you 3 had a nice trio going almost from start to finish, paving the way for a fast average speed. If you watch my video, you'll find a nice 800m sprintermatch between me and a Spanish rider (for 5th place). He did officially win by 2 seconds though (on screen we both finished at 01:47), as he jumped past me on the last 200 meters, and it was too late for me to pick up the extra speed and go beyond 600w... :-)

I thought I was comfortable with them but they both ground me down slowly. I took the front too much trying to break them but only broke myself.
I couldn't get my cadence going either so my legs were getting heavy with latic as well.

I have won one of the live challenge prizes, a BKool hat.

@bobinski has first refusal on the sale of this sought after item of fashionable cycling attire.

"Sale"?!?

Are you not going to gift it to me as a reminder of days gone by, like a werthers original? ^_^

Actually AAAC you should keep it and wear it on the next model shoot for your signature pic!

6-30 tonight I'm going to do a bumble on a 53km Luxembourg course if anyone is interested. Not going to push mega fast, but looking for 32 kph at least (that's the target anyway  )
