not a chance couldn't get near u ur 2.32 up
It's short but intense, that's for sure. I thought your blistering start would give you a big advantage. Was hard work, but I might try and make the live run on Thursday (although wife has a friend for the weekend who arrives Thursday so not sure I'll have a chance  )

Fancy doing it Wednesday at 7pm? The Bkool English race is at Thursday 7pm, and I usually attend those races.

Well, I guess you should receive an e-mail, not something on your Bkool page. But as said earlier, I turned that stuff off, maybe years ago. :-) My time was 26m12s...

Yep better than me by 14 seconds.
Well done!
Another Great Dane (woof woof!)

I switched my e-mail notifications of ages ago because I was getting you've been beaten messages for rides I did 4 years ago when I first got into BKool.

I should still get a message on my wall though (I think)

I would have though you'd get higher than that.

You must be young and 'stocky'.

I'll be 45 on the 28th. Now if only I could loose 2-3 kg on my belly, my watt/kg would by better, and so would my BMI.
But it's not that easy, when you have dinner twice a day with lots of meat, potatoes and gravy. :-) The line at the salad buffet is usually too long at work, so I just skip that, and go straight for the good stuff. ^_^

I actually don't drink that much (beer), normally just diet cola or other softdrinks. The problem is, I spend like 2 hours in the car commuting, and then most of the workday in front of the computer, only interrrupted by above mentioned dinner-like lunch. I could go for the coldcut buffet at work, but sausages, steak, beef and other hot stuff is way more tempting, and usuallly wins...

Been back to docs and it's bad news. Well, for you guys anyway! I definitely have exercise induced asthma and he's keeping me on the TUE drugs. Trying some tabs now to be taken 2 hours prior to exercise which he hopes will help better than the ventalin.

So relieved to finally understand why my breathing is always so painful. Maybe this will help me push on now and get fitter :wahhey:
