I wouldn't say I'm good up the hills .... I just enjoy the challenge. Flat cycling is a bit too 'easy' (in that you can take it easy if you want and don't have to push yourself) whereas the hills are never easy as taking it easy means rolling back down again
Hills can be eas-ier
Gear correctly so you don't go into the red, once in the red zone its almost impossible to recover unless you stop. On the DD, I will ride to HR and not try to exceed a certain threshold on the climbs to make it enjoyable.
Stage 2 Chaingang will be 7pm warmup as usual.

We do have a dog. Part Staffordshire Bull terrier part Labrador is the common consensus although it's never been confirmed.... but the cack in the garden I was referring to was mainly just your standard crud with a light scattering of bird poop.

Only 100 miles, no Devil's Elbow and a mere 10k feet of climbing - sounds a bit lightweight compared to the Double Devil to me....
That's something I'm playing with these days as well -- trying to stay out of the red zone while climbing. If I'm climbing hard, the idea is to stay as close to the "line" as a I can without going over. I'm watching both HR and watts.Hills can be eas-ier
Using that approach I knocked 4.5 minutes off my PB for the watopia epic kom climb last night.
My last night's ride still not showing on BKool (greyed out). Flippin annoying. I've mentioned this twice now in their FB page and zero response. At this rate I will be dropping BKool as they are a shables and can't get the basics to work.
The person who joined my ride had their ride show straight away (I know this as he beat me and I got an email of shame). So why do some show and some not - makes absolutely no sense.
