I've been for a spin already AAAC - not that I'd have been much company for you. Ride well - I'll look in.

start session warm up at 18 25 off at 18 30

Thanks for keeping me real Jim
If you were not watching I would have slowed or stopped.
My old mans saddle is back
Back aching, need to do some core,
Legs felt empty
It was a lonely one up TT
And my bots were useless

Other than that it well for 60 km
A bit of an interval session killing myself going up and disappointed with gravity going down

Well, so far so good, I am first, and only in (apparently 503 competitors):

The long story is that I really like to imbibe in an alcoholic drink or two, but... I was becoming a little unfit and a little rotund... since my move to Nicola's patch I've revisited my love for cycling as it's beautiful up here (and quiet) however, whilst I was getting fitter, I wasn't losing weight.. so.. as I wasn't prepared to reduce my fondness for the odd flaggon, I had to increase my calorie loss - thus Bkool for those inclement days..

Cycling x Fitness + Bkool = Beer

Ps. I would add that even if I had never touched a drop of the devils juice... I would still never be as good at cycling up hill as @Whorty or hit the watts that @AAAC 76C does. So, as I'm not planning on cycling Le Tour anytime soon - I'll catch up with you later when the bar opens..

I do enjoy my Sportive's though.. another one in two week time.. :bicycle:

PPS.. I've lost two stone in the last 12 month

I wouldn't say I'm good up the hills .... I just enjoy the challenge. Flat cycling is a bit too 'easy' (in that you can take it easy if you want and don't have to push yourself) whereas the hills are never easy as taking it easy means rolling back down again
