I've noticed you've been out a lot, looking forward to the clocks going forward so i can do some evening rides when i get home, planning a trip round Leicester hopefully on Saturday.

Handicap sorted for next time though.
Never felt so knackered going downhill before apart from, when my heart went funny
Left a lot on the climb though thinking I must catch Bill before it goes down but I was left trailing a minute in his wake when it did
Waited an age for Bridgy and then the connection went and when it came back bill was gone so it was a lonely slog with Bridgy

@BILL S appeared to take quite a while to catch @rob01792 but when he passed him, he was catching me like a train... my kind of run, all down hill..

That's me done now for a few days, just spinning now till the weekend - first sportive of the year on Sunday.. I'm very happy with my fitness and endurance this year.. thank you for all the encouragement @team cyclechat ..

Sorry AAAC I don't know how I managed to muck up my start time so much! Thanks for waiting for me, it was good to have some company to draft with, but my late start meant you had to wait longer than you should have.

Also, bearing in mind you waited for me it was a bit ungentlemanly of me to go for a sprint finish at the end, but I was fantasising about jumping out of your draft and sprinting to a famous victory at Milan San Remo!
