Plan is to start at around 9am and race 250 laps of the Luis Puig velodrome.
Once both teams have completed that we will then do 400 laps of Galapagar velodrome. Or as many as we can by 3pm or so.
Neither session will be locked, all are welcome. Just look for The Cage Nut Crew.

can any one help please
got me self a power tap meter and got to go hell for leather for 20 mins to set it up
can i do it on bkool ( thinking wc ) or is it going to send things wonky ? if i can use it , what do i press in settings ?
been quiet lately as more time outside but have been keeping an eye on things here and in the splitters thread

I've noticed you've been out a lot, looking forward to the clocks going forward so i can do some evening rides when i get home, planning a trip round Leicester hopefully on Saturday.
I might be able to make one in Geoff... are you doing a 6.50 warm up? Like @BILL S I also slogged my guts out on the WC last night too..

Nice, is it a G3 Hub, P1 pedals or C1 chain ring?
I've been using a G3 Hub in a set of Powertap APM 35 Carbon wheels for while, never needed to do a 20 minutes flat out setup, though!

g3 hub yep
just been reading up and to set my zones up right it needs to know ftp - tried doing it outside but a downhill always comes along and spoils it , also tried on some rollers but as soon as i go for it i have the wobbles and panic sets in as next stop would be thru the back of the shed into nextdoors garden !
