ive got my giant on it tonight aswel put it on as I'm switching from mtb cleats to road I wanted to try it on the turbo 1st

Oh well I seem to be getting back into the swing of things here . I gone from a 156w ride session generated ftp to 185w since march 6th.

I really should do a proper 20 minute FTP test to get a handle on where I really am .
