Ah, ok, not just me then. Must find another excuse for coming last! Anyone taken bad ankle yet?
Sorry already taken, twice, by me :B) It's the reason I don't walk or run anywhere. 6500 or more steps in a day and I can't walk the following day. I even have trouble sleeping because of the pain. It's congenital, a missing bone in the ankles and wrists. Stange that I don't an issue with my wrists though:unsure:.

I did indeed Andy, did you see the Sky riders wheel collapse? OMG never seen anything like that... .. it almost exploded..
I think it was a puncture initially, the team split and went either side of him which I thought might be a mechanical/puncture, then the wheel just colapsed :unsure:

Quite shocking how quickly the tri-spoke disintegrated. They weren't sure if it was a tyre failure causing rim to give way or material failure of the wheel itself.

The motor malfunctioned and overheated causing a breakdown in the bond in the carbon fibres leading to the collapse of the wheel.
Notice how the wheel stopped rotating immediately because the motor has turned into a brake.

Damn ..... and i really did bugger up my right ankle years ago playing football. But then like most sporty types most of my body has been buggered to some extend over the years! Anyone taken index finger on right hand? I've broken that a few times playing cricket. If not, i'll take that. It's why i'm always in the wrong gear and lose power

Wot!
No update on the update.
Perhaps and update of the update on the update should be requested.
If they just said "sorry guys we have a technical problem at the moment preventing us from updating the winter cup, but we're working on it and will get it sorted as soon as possible" I could accept that - fair enough. But to just ignore questions on the issue without explanation actually annoys me more than the problem itself!

At this stage we don't even know if it's even worth carrying on with WC stages as for all we know they'll never manage to get it updated! As time goes on and more and more stages are done and earlier ones repeated, the task of updating it will be getting bigger and bigger

Twice in 1975
Playing basket ball once:
Guarding in defence blind to the ball and throwing your hands up when you see your opponent looking like he's about to receive and taking the momentum of the pass straight down an outstretched finger.
And once playing hockey, not the best way to stop a 15 yard hit. Ball, finger stick, finger lost, sadistic Hockey mad sports teacher won and give me ten press ups for dropping my stick.

Not bad! I suspect you could do a bit better though:okay: I think our bsim training means we carry a lot of climbing strength that many zwift users don't have. Far too many complain about box hill but really its a bit of a lump compared to the rides we are used to.

If i have the right segment my best is 7.23 at 266w so 3.5w/kg. I would hope to best 6.30 min in the weeks to come.
