Starting on time is critical, so I would assemble in plenty of time and sit not pedalling, until elapsed time hits 0 (Beige), 5 (Red) or 11 (Blue)

Sorry guys, no favors from Bkool this evening, it was back to "1% feels like a mountain" . On top of that my fan wouldn't start so I had to jump off and fix it .

Bkool is dialing in this Thursday, so hopefully I will have a more reliable trainer after that.

Thanks Steve. We had some great drafting going there. I did wonder if Berty was going to pull the finger out and catch up with us but I don't think he could get the power down, with him holding the handlebars with one hand and the phone with the other.

I had a go at stage 9 of the Winter Cup before tonight's handicap race - @Daddy Pig you got an absolutely flying start, and just kept going

I REALLY tried to keep up with you at the start - over 900 watts - and failed miserably! Still quite happy with my ride but very impressed with yours!!
