I thought we could run Pico again, as it was great for drafting in previous TTT's.

Probably best to start with just three teams, unless we can be sure to get 16+ riders.

Should open up some interesting tactics, and we can adjust the teams depending on who is riding.

Teams something like... please let me know if you can ride so I can adjust and calculate the fairest handicaps.

I expect the angle will be wrong if you switch it around as it will be cast to give a horizontal from about 70 deg i.e. about 20 deg up from perpendicular from the post.
Twist it around and it will point up about 40 deg.

This would be the case with most seat posts but the one on my other racer has allowed me to rotate it through 180 deg. Fortunately for me the post diameters are the same. Had a quick go on the bike and it appears to have transformed my sitting position. I have a feeling this may have solved the problem.
