LOL They demoted me to Amateur 1 then I got back to Active 5 with my Ventoux rides.

Not to worry, I'm back in the Virtual World again at last and I can try and work back up with an Alpe d'Huez ride or two. Don't think I'll be getting a score in this weeks League rides as I won't be doing them due to my real world race this weekend. Looking forward to my wobbly kneed attempts next week though.

Enjoy your race tonight guys .

Nice easy session for tonight, Dipford Loop. No long climbs, no long descents, very little flat in fact just rolling hills.

It should take around 25-30 minutes not including warm-up or cool-down.

I'll aim to start warm-up at 7:00pm as usual, you have until 7:10pm approx. to join warm-up from Live tab.

Hope you can all make it ... :bicycle:
Sadly it looks like I will be a no show due to parent's evening at school. Probably not a bad thing after a 60k ride yesterday and a 50k one today! it's tough going into the wind out there....
On the topic of sessions, saturday is probably a low turnout probability for me, but not impossible. typically the thursday suits quite well. I think the idea of 2 sessions a week is a great one, I really like the interaction ( racing!) with a real life crowd, it really spurs me on ( well, not when being lapped for the 3rd time on the velodrome perhaps, but still...). I would really recommend for anyone out there to try it, it adds a dimension to what the bkool software can offer.

Haha yes I noticed you went up and down on the fitness rating, like you said it wont take you long to get it back up.
Good luck in your race this weekend Bill and don't fall asleep on your bike! :tired:
Thanks Exeter. Its amazing how close I do get to falling asleep. I probably would if my 4rse didn't hurt so much.

I'll be there at 7pm, I'm not expecting great things tonight as I'm currently on the 5-2 diet (supporting the wife) and today is a fast day. I'll have a sneaky banana when she isn't looking....

Edit. That should be fasting not fast ;)

big time glitch, 220kmh, not likely, very disappointed as I wanted to win on my own merits

its the second time I've glitch on Dipford. The only course I've had the problem on
