Too much quiet time at work lately. Busy now though

Anyone want to suggest some rides for he new league?

We gonna say Thursday nights 7:30 for the group ride, maybe start next week.
Who wants to set the rebels group up?, any takers.
Do we have any preference for the rides, distance, hilly, flat.... I suggest we have a weekly ride and everyone chooses a ride which we can do once a week ongoing league or just run it monthly.... Just some thoughts...

The Rebels group is already set up. It has all the same members.

I'm finding some rides hard to find in the league ride search but I'll persevere. Lets all pick a ride. Lets say up to or around an hour long. Or is that too long? I like hills so I'll pick a long uphill. Some might prefer flats or downhill or a mix.

I'll throw my hat in the ring first then. I like a ride called 'jerome'. Its a medium intensity ride, with a bit of everything really. Don't know how hard it is to find, but that's what its called! Thursday works for me too!

Was going to set it up, but can't, one of you admin guys need to do it!

Can probably put my ghost in it too, as a pace man! Well..... as a pace man for some of us, maybe Bill can use him to pick up his spent water bottles!

i'm up for thurs evening but even if i am still admin please don't expect me to set up rides - it seems the more i go into bkool website , the more i am lost

I struggle to fing the groups and leagues in BKool. There must be a direct route, but I haven't found it yet!

I searched for 'Jerome' but couldn't find it. The search facility in league setup seems to be lacking somewhat. There has to be a way but I'm missing it. (I hope).
Another problem is that I can't alter who is admin and it won't let me include more than five. The group may need to be deleted and reinstated so that admin can be the ones who want to do a bit of league/stage set-up and are active in the group.

So..... Who's volunteering to be in admin?

Just had confirmation that wiggle are refunding me for the classic turbo I had a problem with. Now do I replace it with a pro or get another classic. For those that have used both, which did you prefer?

thats good news @kipster, tbh the build qaulity appears to be a bit hit and miss on the pro by all accounts....however they may have now addressed the issue

We could have just named ourselves the oldies but with one or two whippersnappers still in their 40's, we are now "The Rebels".

I like the idea of meeting for a virtual ride so count me in. Will try to make 7 or 7.30. One of the Selections for finding a ride in Bsim is "Friends". Anyone tried that? Could this be a way of helping locate where the group is riding?

Funny, did a search for it last night out of curiousity and found it straightwaway. Just over 30 km - would likely kill me but willing to give it a go. You would have thought that the search function would work the exact same in the league set-up but nothing seems that easy in Bkool!

I'd suggest we have each new ride starting on the Thursday for group ride and then run it up until the following Wednesday so everyone gets a pop at it even if they miss Thursday night.

I've never been able to see friends riding when I've looked at the bkool app before, we could have one person start the race at 7 and actually start at 7:10 to allow everyone to join( run by bkool apps clock).

I just did the same. Comes up straight away when doing the normal search.
