Don't think you'd survive presents from both of them.
Don't think you'd survive presents from both of them.
You'd not be able to, methinks.Wouldnt complain
You'll be back, sometime.Well its been nice to have a brief visit here tonight, got to get on, best wishes to everyone and nice to have a chat with you @classic33
Is that a sign of age?
Best not mention it to them
Hi there all good folks
I hope you are all doing well, I know I am very a very infrequent visitors to these shores nowadays
But I haven't forgotten you good folks and send my regards.
What's wrong with Scottish beers? All these foreign ones being tried, and drunk. Decent size then.
London!
Anything special to see/watch.
Similar here, with regards the rain. Snow forecast, again.
No sunbathing for you then.
PS. There's a stranger on the thread!
OwdoMorning all
Frosty out..
Might do some stuff outside....
You don't like "southern" stuff, how unusual. Most are in the same camp as yourself on that bit.I do have my selected tipples up here..
none of that down south stuff..
I've enough up here to be going on although I've called a halt after some really bad efforts, mostly heavily advertised ones which never seem to make Bob's grade....I used to take a punt on something new each time I bought the regular stuff.
Everybody is brewing craft beer or gin nowadays, anyone with a bucket.
Some gin prices were getting ridiculous..
The fancier the website, the more flowery the patter was, the dearer the rin tin tin..Oscar
Got 1.1c at 7am....
Dry though.
'I can't be bothered' day,
I'd stuff to do outside.....

Well, given the amount of people who'll drink almost anything served up to them, and pay to do so, you're in a minority.
Seldom believe the advertising, for anything much less a drink. "Bobs Grade", have you thought about becoming a taster and applying your mark to drinks.
These last few years have seen a fair few micro breweries open, and close within a short period. Making me wonder why, if their drinks were as good as they claimed.
You have a bucket or two, don't you!!
The price goes up the smaller the operation. You're paying for a unique tasting drink(They never kept the recipe), whose flavour can't be reproduced anywhere.
Forecast says minus 2 here.
Damp start, but the sun keeps on trying to get out.
One of those days?
You'll end up doing summat...
I think everyone is, but few will admit they made the wrong choice.I'm particular about my brews..
If I like something new, I immediately buy another just to try again.
In the name of research....of course.
It's IPA they seem to be brewing, must be easy.
I have a bottle or can each evening, very rarely a second, I drink to enjoy not for effect...
I may occasionally throw in a Dark'n'Stormy.
Mrs M got limes yesterday so that is tonight taken care of..
Anything heavily advertised, I avoid...
I was out and put up the icicle lights..
a first for us but the grandkids will love them,
looking forward to seeing them flash once it gets dark.
I could adjust them as I calculated a foot out on one downpipe, we'll see.
Not bad by eye, I think.
My assistant was away and will be 'you shouldn't have done that, you might have fallen'
It would have helped if I could find where she put the ladders...
Used clips I'd 3d printed as well (alternated with shop bought ones)...
Tinned sardines on toast await for lunch..
I think everyone is, but few will admit they made the wrong choice.
Perfectly understandable, after all it might have been something else that made you "like it". Tried under different circumstances and see if the results can be reproduced.
Your devotion to your research does you credit.
Covers a multitude of sins these days. Often with something flavouring the drink as though they're trying to hide summat.
Still with yer apple juice? It becomes a chore, stop it...
"Dark n'Stormy" is that you or what yer supping.
Yer gonna be spending the evening sucking them...
Guinness included!
How'd they look in the daylight.
When it gets dark, around two in the afternoon up those parts.
You trust your eyes for measuring?
Where were yer trusty assistant when needed, and what were used in place of a ladder.
She might have hidden it to stop you doing anything that could get you hurt.
A first for yer printed clips as well.
Enjoy yer lunch...
