Nah, all blocked off now...
Allegedly nearest underground workings 200m away, all allegedly..
In those past times, not all might be declared (I assume).
Did a lot of reading into accidents and they all seem to be the men underground to blame, never the owners fault..

Young Un has been saved from going down, howabout up instead. That way you can make yer own coal tar soap, as well as tea tree soap.
Never the fault of those in the offices.
Even "Gentleman Jack" had kids working in her mines. Not mentioned in the series though, or the books. Just ignored as not relevant.

Youngest Mhor just rolled over and fell asleep half way through the rugby second half, she knew it was all over
If dry tomorrow, garden work I think...
