Makes sense as opposed to just getting rid of them. Although if people were waiting on my last handset they had a bit of a wait. I had it twenty years, before the battery wouldn't hold a charge. No replacements available now, so it's a DIY job.

I know the one you mean now, still not seen anything other than adverts for it though.

Busy day doing very little. How'd you manage that?
It's taken ovee the whole weekend. Did they do no planning beforehand.
Are you going down raiding the kitchen, or are you being supplied with delights to tickle yer fancy and keep you up there, out of harms way?

Abuzz downstairs preparing,
a gaggle of women here later from noon..
I'm here and the door will be closed at 5 mins before BS start...
Organised chaos, all here is ' Where is, where is that?'
I'm afeared to ask who's presently in charge...

I get plates of goodies, my two girls look after their dad, youngest will be charged with goodie delivery....
and I got a sneak preview of a big tasty looikg cake youngest has made..

I'm here and the door will be closed at 5 mins before BS start...

You have full cuppa making facilities in your room I hope, along with your own biscuit supply.

Leave your key in the door, that way they can't lock you in from the outside. BS?
Don't ask, just go straight down and announce that you're taking charge for the day. Presenting them with a list of "demands". See if you make it back to your room intact.

You seem to have them well organised. Have you worked out the timing's of the deliveries to the door, along with the secret knock?

Maybe they want you to "pop out" of the cake later!!

I know someone who had a trial period with an IT company and worked out the 3 months, glowing reports, job offer of better than he was doing and booked a plane ticket home..
hated everything about the place..
we joked about the lack of rain.
It's either for you or not...
I would never had the wonderful life I have had here..

I actually headed back to snore and woke up late on..

How early, given you're up at the crack of dawn normally. Second breakfast with him, I don't blame you.

Snoozing after eating, not that bad. Usually done after a midday meal, but...

Think we had that this morning, then it eased. Heavy at one stage.

headed out early with a tour de garden centres (well, two)
no big pots bought yet
ended up in the big city to the west and country roads home rather than the usual motorways..
Lunch eaten and having

Woke at usual six'ish time..
had a reddit browse then just got ready and caught up with some things, my daily virus and malware scans done first then seemingly big updates (beta), I never notice much difference...
need to thing what Mrs M can put in her new stone (like) corner tub...(50% section )
think pansies with something in the centre..
oh and tomato plants in the wee cold frame thing still producing more wee toms, must have grown a mm or two in the last month
Ice on the sheltered car windows earlier.....
