Main road closed for resurfacing, just shy of a mile in total. However the diversionary route for this closure is closed for resurfacing. The main road being the diversionary route for the other road closure.

This being the council that tried to organise a p***up in a brewery that had closed a few years before.

The other road, diversionary route for the main road closure, was to have been done in June & July. Only it was too warm to work laying a road.
