Morning. We are in for a windy week. My pet hate, for cycling anyway. Would almost rather cycle in the rain than the wind.

Good morning, two days of work and then I go on holiday. There's a nice thought.

Theatre season is starting up again after several boring weeks tidying and painting. The dance evenings are happening again and there's a magic show downstairs on Friday.

Fortunately we don't need the upstairs stage this evening as we're painting it. Downstairs is still a mess with wires everywhere and no seats.

Sounds like a good week to be on holiday...

I was maukit from head to toe and the bike was/is caked. It hissed almost the whole run, I had intended to complete the NCN 78 route but wx dampened even me. Hopefully off to complete the rest today. A mix of canal bank, forest tracks and a short back road run.
Home tomorrow and never saw Nessie, maybe today
