Yes. Got the chance to do permanent nights and as the rota was a week on and a week of rest days with a week's leave every few weeks, the time off appealed to me. Was heavy going eventually though and it isn't supposed to be very healthy.

There is a massive debate about shift work isn't there, bit it's unavoidable in a lot of cases and its just a case of getting on with it.
There are thoughts about your health and the affects of shift work
