Does anyone here bother sitting up through the night eagerly watching the results come in? I suppose if it takes as long as normal to nod off I might watch a bit if I'm bored enough!

What a gorgeous morning here. Off out back of 6. Bit nippy but sun soon warmed it up a bit. Shame the wind also picked up and made the latter part a tad hard. Never mind, 39.5 miles done..........I am sure many would have went round the block again to make it a round 40 but I am no longer so obsessive about my cycling.

No :headshake:
Just wait for another 5 years of lies

Got some really sad news this morning, a young lad in our club has been found dead - suicide apparently. A quiet, unassuming lad but polite and a promising cyclist - I didn't know him well but saw him round the "scene" and on club rides, and chatted to his dad often.

Whatever the circumstances it's tragic and I just feel overwhelming sadness at this news

That is sad, real pity.
Unfortunately it happens all to often on the railway, and we hear stuff from the inquests and on some recent occasions they have been teenagers that have been bullied on social media.
We often speak about these things amongst ourselves and wonder why there is no other option and some way of finding a solution to a terrible situation before resorting to something as tragic as this.
