Got some really sad news this morning, a young lad in our club has been found dead - suicide apparently. A quiet, unassuming lad but polite and a promising cyclist - I didn't know him well but saw him round the "scene" and on club rides, and chatted to his dad often.

Whatever the circumstances it's tragic and I just feel overwhelming sadness at this news

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.

I had experience of something like that years ago. A young teacher at my son and daughters primary school was found dead. He had put glue in a bag and put it over his head. No idea why he did it. Its such a waste when that happens.

First thing I did was message Junior Fu to check she was alright (she's in final year at uni) - she was like "why you being weird??"

Just 'cos I am, right!!!

He must've been desperate to do that.

According to a union official who spoke to my wife teaching is high up the list of jobs for bullying.
