Hi @SteCenturion , thats bad news about your back, hope it gets better soon. A cycling injury, or general wear and tear etc? On a couple of ocasions when I have hurt my back, it has been one of the most unpleasant experiences I have been through.
I used to have a bit of a ropey back every now and then, and a dodgy knee from a football injury in my teens.
A couple of years ago I went back to the gym and started on the weights again, I haven't had any problems since.
