Aye the Coire was very claggy (misty) but around midday the clag cleared and the day finished well..
a tough ascent over 2,300 ft of ascent in 2 miles..

No cycling for a month for me due to the clapped out back, I have a sick note for a month but hoping to get back to work in under a week.

When I put my back out, I was signed off and told in no uncertain terms, not to even think about going back to work until my doctor said that I could.
