No. Not long. Took it up again after erm 45 years. Doh. Is that stuupid or what. At least I proved the saying, you never forget how to ride a bike. Only started in August

I always seem to end up going up never down. Why is that. Why can't the hills be downwards for me ?

Oh the Brecons.....aaah sweet memories. Know them intimately, on foot. That was a long long time ago before the age of Dragons even. Fan fawr was my pet hate in winter, windswept shelterless soul sapper when fully kitted.

Mr Dragon used to go orienteering around there. they had competitions different companies against each other many hundreds of years ago.

Takes three times as long(or more) to go up a hill as down it ergo the feeling that we are always going uphill
