Indeed - we are blessed to have Herefordshire, Shropshire and Wales just over the way too. Stunning cycling landsLoveley. I have walked along the Malvern Hills in the past. Beautiful scenery you have.
Before we bought our house here, we looked in Herefordshire, ledbury and worcestershire. We gradually moved west as the house prices rose and ended up here.Indeed - we are blessed to have Herefordshire, Shropshire and Wales just over the way too. Stunning cycling lands

Bit of both WD. At the moment I'm spending more time with some pals than I am on my own. It does get you out the door if someone is waiting for you. If you aren't too far away we could meet up for a wee ride out?Do you go cycling on your own or in a group. I must admit I would like someone to go with. You have more incentive if you have to meet someone. I'm also not very good, so I could do with some encouragement.
Ah yes - Ledbury is not far. Three cafes to choose from if riding there. On that side of the Hills things become much more relaxed. It's almost as if time chunters along more slowly over that way. Nice and relaxing
Which bit of Powys do you frequent WD?
Ah - lovely for sure. Bit far for a ride for me tho'. How far is Leominster for you?I am nestled in the foothills of the Cambrian Mountains, about 9 miles from Machynlleth. If I walk about 100 yards down the lane I can see Cadr Idris in the distance.
Sorry. I don't know what it's like down there. Never been there. On the subject of welsh cycling country side, anyone know what it's like around Caerphilly way. Going down there next year to visit eldest son and D in Law and not sure which bike to take. Low geared torer or higher geared road.
