I haven't really felt hungry after eating on my fasting days.

I think I could do it 3 or 4 days a week but that really would be starting to get into starvation diet territory, so I'll stick with the slow and steady way.
I'm actually finding it easier than I imagined, think I'm in the right frame of mind at the moment to just get on with it :thumbsup:

Ah, you mean chip shop curry sauce. It's a sweet, medium spiced Chinese style curry sauce introduced when Chinese imigrant families opened fish and chip shop businesses. As in my post above, just buy a paste, it's what the chip shop owners do.

Um yeah, like here in America, like we do things like differently like, soooooo.......

Our curry sauce is NOTHING like yours. No curry paste either.
but I can't do onions or garlic and I don't like the idea of using apples, doesn't sound good to me so I was actually thinking I would prefer pineapple instead but it doesn't puree too well and I still need something to substitute the garlic..... and really I'd prefer to use fresh curry leaves but then my sauce would be green instead of orange

Orange curry sauce! Chip shops that serve that should be shut!
