That wasn't in the contract... if you turn to page 37, paragraph 37.2.11(d), you'll see clear reference to 'assignment of sugar based comestibles following deferment for the greater good'.

I had to survey Drum Castle for the National Trust for Scotland in 1980 while working in St Andrews... I stopped for directions driving west from Aberdeen and after asking the lady to repeat herself three times gave up and drove on without catching a single word of English.
