I hate calorie counting but i have looked it up

55 calories per 100g for beetroot adding it all up so far today i have had 266 leaving me enough for my WW meal for dinner which at this rate will be at 3pm !

@avalon are you really going to use the trailer for the dog ?

It's really best for long rides or touring. Lucy can only run 7 mph on a long ride so if you ride for a total of 7 hours...makes fort a long day in the saddle without going very far

I rode up the longest hill in England yesterday on a small banana and 4 spoons of natural yoghurt!

Ok, I will rephrase that ... yesterday, having only eaten a small banana and 4 spoons of natural yoghurt in the previous 20 hours, I rode up the longest hill in England! (And then waited another 5 hours before eating about another 500 calories worth of food.)

Add that he got caught breaking & entering, with his defence being that he wasn't actually breaking & entering, rather he claimed to be actually leaving presents.
Then ask them what they would think a person was upto in the early hours of the morning, going into the house over the road. Without using the door?
