No, no, no ... tea bag out, stir, sugar in, stir, milk in, stir one last time. Otherwise you end up with a heap of sugar at the bottom and a sugar-free mug of tea until you get down that far

Not just any mug, a pint and a half mug. Much easier to clean than a teapot
