Ouch, we did see someone do something similar but in snow, we were on sledge and the man did come down the big gravelly snow covered hill quite fast, he did not manage stopping at the bottom well and did fall off.... or more sort of slid the bottom 1/2 on one side.

He made the snow quite red I provided the poor man with some anti-bac wipes and some Mr Tickle plasters, and a muslin square as a make shift bandage.
