Fair dincum, enjoy the ride & watch out for those "road trains".

It's not the road trains that are a problem where I live, it's the Magpies. They swoop and sometimes make contact with people when they have young offspring nearby. They can inflict some nasty injuries and have been known to take out eyes.

apart from baby roos and koalas are there any nice animals down there ? I remember being told when i was there that out of the top 10 most poisonous snakes in the world Australia is the only country that has all 10.

I'm afrad the Koalas are not kuddly, in fact they are grumpy little buggers who smell of eucalyptus and wee.

The people are nice though.

I didn't cuddle one. I did though meet a lovely big spider, she was very cute. I also feed some roos which was weird as they were taller than me, i am 5'4 .
