Every Yorkshire person i work with flashes the tea bag in the cup and pours a gallon of milk in. When i make my "builders tea" they wimp out and say its too strong.

Oooh I shall peer as brother & nephew need gluten free when they visit although we are very very lucky here we have "Deli Divine" in the next village that specialises in gluten free and other "free" things and the lady that runs it is gluten free herself, we also have a cupcake producer in the other village that does gluten free. I
