I happen to know that Phil is a Yorkshireman.....he cycles in a flat cap and wears a vest. And his whippet follows closely behind his bike. Oh, and he wears hobnail boots (with cleats) and ties his bibshorts up with bailer twine. Of course he's a Yorkshireman.

I still have my doubts. Most go overboard in order to "fit in" making them the odd one out.
