Maybe a hot bath and then sit and read in the garden for a while, rather than going back to bed?

The bed is much firmer than the sun lounger for lying flattish and comfortabley on. There is also in the garden, unfortunately, the definitely unpleasant and strong pong of something or other that was spread all over the field yesterday.

Trouble with me is I like chocolate and cheese and wine and peppermint creams and ice cream and I probably could go on.
