here today. I think it was gardening last weekend that caused the problem. 
I know that it is not a good idea to stay in bed all day. I have been doing some stretching exercises, and it seems to be easing slightly.

I have a headache. Paracetamol down the hatch ... which reminded me that I've been trying to persuade myself that I don't really want a tablet. My arguments aren't being taken seriously. I suspect I might end up losing this one.
