I googled Ribe (I remember it being mentioned in our Archaeology lectures), and found out they run a 'tractor bus' across the Wadden Sea (at low tide, I guess).

I had a short holiday in Denmark some years ago with family, and it was very nice - we were mostly in Copenhagen, with one day drip to the Viking ship museum at Roskilde.
