Unusually for me, I have a very large and unopened bottle of water. This should keep my thirst quenched through the night. I also have lots of milk in the fridge and the freezer. Milk is supposed to be rehydrating, is it, or have I got that wrong?

The website for the water supply company says they aim to have the problem fixed within six hours.
