Back home after a week with MrsA_T in a one bed roomed gite near Domfront in Normandy. At Mont-St-Michel and the area to the NE the day before the time trial and were passed by the teams riding round together on their 'rest day'... it was incredible... one big happy party.

+ some nougat from Bagnoles-sur-Orne but MrsA_T's dad ate it... it was hot 33 degrees but there was a shady 3.6km velo-rail run along the old SNCF track which was a laugh!
