So :addict: if the choice is between a cutting edge of 37cm and 43cm or thereabouts, how many more lengths would I need to do with the narrower mower.

Long division, without a calculator, 550 divided by 37 is 17, and 550 divided by 43 is 13. Therefore four times more ups and downs. But, :stop: does a narrower cutting width give more manoove mainuv make it easier to move round the wavey edges?

Ah.....but you need to set out your assumptions first

(i) How much over-lap on each cut?
(ii) Does the mower actually measure 37cm? etc
(iii) How straight are your cutting lines?
(iv) Would you have your 10" shoes on?
(v) Can a question be an assumption?
(vi) Plus is it better to have the 37cm in terms of fitness and exercise - there is a value element here
(vii) Which would fit best in your garage?
(viii) Is there any bragging rights to be had from having the larger one?

Oh, and in my case....which one is in stock

And which one is the cheaper, by £50 or even £100?

How long does your battery take to re-charge? The Bosch website says 80% recharge in 40 minutes.

There is a teensy weensy technical hitch with that one, Rocky. The back garden and the front garden are not on the same level. There is a steep flight of about 15 steps that the above machine would need to climb to reach the back garden.

His knees are a tad on the pale side, but otherwise very good. ^_^

An English man, an Irish man and a Welsh man walked into a bar.

The barman said, "Is this some kind of a joke?"

After careful consideration, I think that you should get one of these:
