Poppadoms, mint raita and sweet chilli dip to start - shop bought raita, and it was supposed to be mango chutney, not chilli sauce, I thought I had a jar, but I didn't...

Then rice and chapatis, a veg curry with onion, carrot, courgette, red lentils, tikka paste, coriander and coconut, and a side order of potatoes sauted in oil with toasted coriander seed, cumin seed and onion seed.

I'm stuffed!

I appreciate that where you live all there is to eat is Reindeer and root veg, but here in England we're quite cosmopolitan in our cuisine.

Small aside, tonight there will be a very bright Iridium flare, at 22.50.10, almost due west at an elevation of 30deg. If you have android then download the ISS Detector app and it will point at it for you.

SWMBO has gone away for a few days.

Guess what I've gone and done this evening? Yes, been on eBay and it looks like n+1's being bought tomorrow.

Only n=3 was the agreed limit and we're already at n=4. The Ammaco bike'll probably be sold to make way for .... well, it's currently a secret

Very nice Iridium flare, and we saw a couple of satellites passing over too. The ISS makes a bright pass at about 3am. We will be asleep.
