BP a bit high today, resting it is 156/98. I've had two nose bleeds today, each after some exertion. Must be careful of not causing high peaks.

I did get around to making up a sack barrow, from some spares parts, that is narrow enough to use to get building materials through the house without having to carry them. That makes it much easier to move 500kg of ballast. Unloading the car was the cause of the first bleed, using the barrow the cause of the second.
