What kind of milage are you folks planning on?

what ever you do from CJ to HP. A lap of Hyde Park, then off to Greenwich for coffee then back for you to CJ.
For me and Mista Preston it's usually between 40-50 miles.
And don't worry of your fitness is lacking, it's a sunday morning pootle.

It would be good to see you again Ant. Although it may have to be another Sunday for me what with the FNR then the Bank holiday ride, Sunday will be my lazy day

Got the rear hub on my road bike fixed 2 weeks ago and am loving the gears again! The Boardman SC is being run in ss mode only (oh the shame).

Will have to hook up for a spin round Richmond Park sometime soon - I need to start getting back to my prime cycling fitness
