but the ice had me off today twice

Cos mine has the option of freewheel which is great for commuting.

Did you rip yer Rapha? Scratch yer tin? Graze yer gloves? That's the trouble with a Go Pro - hardly any action or detail shots (your feet and arse excepted) just an endless sequence of puffers, hunched over their handlebars, dripping mucus onto the handlebar tape.
