Now there's an incentive for me to swop my Sunday run for a ride (as long as food is included ). I'll rock up when Evey does

Ian's offer sounds good. Usually he looks after the two wee laddies, The Sworks Bros. but, once they start comparing cable holes and how much bottled water weighs compared to tap water, they'll be nae bother...and 'New Year Evey' can be 'well protected'.

That's good. You can run but you can't Hyde Park. 'Pinkie' the 'cat might be on his new bicycle soon, and there are two very nice smaller bicycles to make yours feel 'at home'.

You sound like Stu...the boo hiss is infectious, or have you got Aspburgers?
I'm working this weekend, (probably the following too), but a similar trip to last weekend's, without the cable car will be a nice safe circuit...particularly now we all know that the pre-Olympic View Tube entrance hasn't vapourised.
Now, if the effing 'Winterwonderlanders' would kindly get out of it, so that the SuMo Ride ttConveniences in The Public Hyde Park can be re-instated, that would be great! (Unless Dave brings his Rapha potty, of course...)

Having gotten all enthusiastic for a Sunday ride, I've just whizzed through my diary and realised it will be 4 Sundays til I can actually come out to play as I'm doing good works this Sunday then it's birthday celebrations for the following two weekends . By then I expect Evey will be comfortable riding around London and my small bike will have made new friends . It will be warmer by then, I hope!

I'm not around for the whole day (I think) but if it's simply a question of getting Evey to HPC, I can come up to Bromley and lead her along a quietish route (probably not the quickest or most direct) into town. I'll probably return home at that point. And then, depending on where you're going, I can meet up again later (going anywhere near the cable car???) and return to Bromley.

Offer subject to the absence of snow or ice.
