Just spotted a possible destination for a SLR on 13 or 20 Jan. There are ''open boat'' days, 10:00 to 19:00 for ocean racing yachts at St Katherine's Dock. Free. See HERE If you really like getting cold and wet, you can even sign up! I'm sure someone will look after your bike while you're away.

Head that way, View Tube does a great line in cake... then head down to the Thames via the Greenway, past London City Airport. To Woolwich Free Ferry for Saaerf of the river.. along to Greenwich and back into town.
