I might be out. I'm probably going to try to beat my best on Saturday round a 60 mile loop then just potter on Sunday. Need to get some exercise having missed over a week of commuting.

I'm going bimbling with camden cyclists on a thames towpath ride - wave if you see us! I'm taking a friend who's just getting into cycling - hopefully if she enjoys it she'll come out on a Sunday Olympic stadium London Ride soon.
