I'm hopefully in - but I need to be back in Camden by about 1ish
Easy!
Prompt start, everyone says heelo to Paul, without inhaling too much, then Ian leads out to 'Kapoor Korner' - we don't even have to queue for the café - just have a look. Then, nip over the ocean by boat and, after bidding farewell to the Easterners, 'Electric Dave' leads the ride back into town. After that, everyone disperses, or continues their ride around Chinatown / Hyde Park - Camden - wherever. Funnily enough, I also need to be tied to time on the Sunday, but I want to re-instate the 'commuting with chat' vibe that was once there. CycleChat jersey call? (I think mine might still fit!)

Yep you'll be in the freezing cold halfway to Brighton.... oh hang on, I'll be in the freezing cold with no real destination!

Whilst I totally hear what you say, the little number in your foot (in contrast with mine) is utterly distracting. ;)

Ps. Becs, lets keep on topic please. New thread (or sub forum) for "what does Teef mean" ;)

What does Teef mean by 'Kapoor Korner'? There better be a cafe stop! By boat are talking about freezing our tits off on another woolwich ferry crossing?

You know you can always go below deck on the ferry - after all the bike's not going to go anywhere.

Kapoor Korner, that'll be the psychotic helter skelter next to the Olympic arena. Coffee at the View Tube, I'd guess.

Ah same as usual then and the cafe of super long queues . . . . . . With the whole of London to ride round is it just me that wouldn't mind a change of route?
That's why it was designated a "no stopping for coffee" thingy...let not us purist veloviveurs be distracted by hot frothy milk and hot cheese smells! The Olympic Site is now making everyone excited - it's official! 'It's not about the bake'.
I always feel that the supersculpted swirly viewing tower would have been better made in walnut - the homage to Ken Livingstone's 'walnut whip' costing method.
"Today's announcement delivers that promise. To get the Games for the price of a walnut whip a week is a bargain".
Davywalnut whips were 38p at the time of the announcement.
