Thanks Ian for a great ride. Pictured here at Yalding are (l-r) Mista Preston, Martin 235, IanRauk and RB58. Ian set a blistering pace today and the wind on the return leg was brutal. I joined and left the ride at Yalding. Finished the day with 85 miles on the clock.

Great to hear yous guys having such a good time! Hope I can join you again, someday. No riding for me for awhile. Had rotator cuff surgery yesterday. 12 weeks recovery. It's HELL to get old! I think the warranty must expire when one reaches 50.

tfj -So sorry to read about your surgery - hope it recovers well and fast so that you are out and about on two wheels as soon as the doctor says so. Hope the attached image cheers you up as a reminder of your Sunday London Ride 2011.

Sorry to hear that 3FJ. I have recently been diagnosed with tendonitis in my Rotator Cuff. Hopefully I can fix it with extended physio and no need for injections or such like. It was apparently caused by cycling

I believe my warranty expired sometime around my 18th birthday ;-)

SD - Equally sorry to read about your tendonitis. I hope the physio is working and you are out and about on two wheels. As its Teefs Birthday here is another photo from that day.

Good, old fashioned Sunday ride this week. Hyde Park Corner, 9.30am and we'll see where we end up. There are Chinese New Year celebrations going on so may be some road closures but we'll see.

Could be a ride for all the 'new' people who have expressed an interest in rolling around (on a bike) - possibly all go and see where the next £2.7billion is going? "Another coat of paint for your masterpiece, Sir Anish?" We'll not worry about Chinese New Year as the Sunday rides don't drag on.
