just got back from shredding my legs across 40miles on the hills of Kent. Did anyone else make it out? or go on the Skyride

i got as far as the rainham marshes and came back

i'm blaming the rum but the legs really didn't want to know
so i've now got the compression tights on
i'm knackered

i used them last week after whitstable then rode to east wittering and didn't feel any fatigue

I felt a bit tight and mildly compressed yesterday - didn't do me any (more) harm today...

just got in from regarde maman, having cycled into town and been there since about half 2 it was good fun but sufficient beer was drunk for me to think the train home was a safer bet- which was laid on but south eastern f.o.c

I might get out and about - busy working at the mo' - but I fancy a blast somewhere or the other, rather than a chug around the streets...I may have changed my tune after Saturday though...my attendance record has been slipping recently.
