My underlined, Italicised bold.I'm planning to be in the area on Saturday 6th. I'll be doing my own ride, at my own pace, on my own route, but I'll keep a lookout for people. And if I happen to find people going along at the right pace, into a headwind, well ... that would be perfick and I'll hide behind you but it's pretty unlikely.
I'm hoping to be in Camber some time between 1 and 2pm very approx, where I plan to eat some chips. And possibly a saveloy. And maybe drink a can of ginger beer.
I'll be approaching Camber along the coast from the Hythe direction via Dungeness with a pointless wiggle inland at one point. I'll be continuing from Camber to Rye, Appledore then up towards Tonbridge, on a route designed to be as flat as possible.
I may be tired and even grumpier and less communicative than usual.
The Oasis cafe right opposite that fancy hotel/restaurant you liked serves chips. My underlined, Italicised bold.
A favourite.
I think I did say that sometimes, any old $h!t will do.
I'll be making a rather horribly early start (7 am) and arriving in Ashford with plenty of time for coffee (9.18). Looking forward to the day .
Where's he joining us?Planning on being there just after that.
Edit: With Longshanks of course...
Just let me know if you get any midgesCheers Rob.
Whilst we may trump you on the weather front tomorrow I think you may win hands down on the scenery.
