I can - albeit TMN replied correctly before I had a chance to do so.
I can because of the weird relationship I have with glyphs and symbols.
O/T I utterly love the graphic symbols Otl Aicher came up with for the 1972 Munich Olympics (they've aged well).
It is banana - but only through a process of character count / shape and a process of a lemon nation [sic] of what is likely to appear onna menu.
A bit (not in the slightest) like doing a cryptic crossword, using your non-dominant hand and a mirror and a lens to reverse and invert the text.
In 2008 I saw, and fell in love with a Condor Lavoro track frame based entirely on the shape of the stickers applied to it (with hindsight, it's form is drop-dead sexy too). You can tell what it is, in the same way I knew your message to me was 'banana'.
But in those days, riding fixed for me was WTF? Why would you?
If I found one for sale today, in my size, I'd buy it inna heartbeat.
Regardez la - very clever and it probably couldn't be more understated IMO.
ETA - I don't think it'd work without the white part of the graphic.
